How it works

Attend clinic for a quick blood draw and/or sample collection (where relevant).

Personalised panels available
We can combine panels (e.g., thyroid + iron + vitamins) or add specific individual tests to match your goals.
Preparation (important)
Fasting: Some cardiometabolic tests require fasting (typically 8 hours). Water is usually fine.
Cycle timing: Certain hormone/fertility tests are best on specific cycle days. Tell us your cycle day if known.
Medication & supplements: Let us know about prescription meds, HRT, contraception and supplements (biotin can affect some tests).
Acute illness: Intercurrent infection can affect inflammatory markers and some hormones, mention any current illness.
We’ll confirm your exact preparation based on the tests you select.
What if I already have a list from a doctor?
Upload or paste your requested markers/panel names in the booking notes. We’ll confirm availability and the most efficient way to run your tests.
